Little Tigers (4-6)

Our pre-school program focuses on improving basic motor and listening skills. These will help them become better students at school, better listeners at home and more confident in their day to day life. Our program will enhance positive development in a fun and motivating way.

Youth (7-12)

Our youth curriculum focuses on traditional Taekwondo presented in an age appropriate manner. We understand the need for discipline, as well as fun, in working with our young people. Students will learn effective kicking and punching techniques as well as proper etiquette.

tEEN/ADULT (AGE OVER 12)

Our teen/adult focuses on traditional taekwondo training with practical self-defense techniques in a non-competitive format to meet your exercise needs.
